Sausage Processing Line
This sausage processing line can produce different kinds of sausages with various tastes according to the requirements of our customers. First mix the well-grinded meat together with auxiliary materials and the additives evenly, then grind it into meat grains by micro-grinder. Meanwhile, get rid of the remained tendon and bone scraps. The third step is to cut meat grains into minced meat under 0.6mm by emulsifier to fully activate the protein. Finally, fill minced meat into the casing or the mould with filler, and send it into cook or smoke system. If various cube or grain foods are added to the emulsified material, it can be made into grain sausages. If adopting bowl-chopping technique, the meat could be chopped, mixed and emulsified directly in the bowl chopper, and then the minced meat could be made into finished products by filling, cooking and smoking, too. The cooling of the products can be of natural cooling, spraying cooling or compelled cooling to bring down the temperature quickly in sausage in order to drop down the temperature sharply under the temperature range, during which it can breed bacteria.
