This glass bottle beer filling line introduces foreign advanced technology, which makes it reach the international performance level and feature the advanced reliability and stability.
The filler has the function of double evacuation and is equipped with high pressure fobbing device. It adopts open gear-drive and VF (variable frequency) speed regulation transmission, which features high efficiency, low noise and long life. The hopper is completely made of stainless steel magnetic material. The sorting, distributing and feeding of covers are carried out by magnetic force, which avoids the cover deformation and ensures the smooth transportation. The bottle washer features multi-soaking tank, multi-delabeller and long soaking time. The feeding and discharging of bottles use crank swing arm and cam tracking mechanism, meanwhile it could be operated both from one end and double ends. It adopts the driving transmission of VF (variable frequency) speed regulation or synchronous tracking to ensure the stability, low noise and low load. The pasteurizer applies the principle of automatic PU value control by microcomputer. It is completely made of stainless steel. The pasteurizer adopts double deck, single tunnel and continuous chain mess transmission. It has many advantages, such as smooth motion, high water permeability and high strength. Also it is very convenient to be cleaned, maintained and observed during the production at any time. The caser and uncaser have many advantages, such as smooth operation, reliable motion, high efficiency and easy operation. All the operation processes are controlled by PC program. The Can Conveyor system is interlinked with machine units of the production line to control running speed thus to avoid jam and deformation caused by Can squeezing against each other. Moreover, it applies non-pressure conveyor system at the inlet of filler and labeler. |
